Jack the Ripper Suspect – James Stephen
Stephen was first suspected of being Jack the Ripper in 1972, Michael Harrison suggested J.K. Stephen as the Ripper in his biography of Prince Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence and Avondale.
The reasons for this suspicion were that he was a known misogynist and lunatic. He also had connections with Prince Albert Victor, who was also suspected (wrongly) of being Jack the Ripper.
However, Stephen was not known to have been criminally violent, and he had no connections with the East End of London.
In addition to this, there is no evidence that he was anywhere near the East End of London at the time of the murders.
Conclusion: It is highly unlikely that James Kenneth Stephen was Jack the Ripper.
