Dr. Thomas Neill Cream

Jack the Ripper Suspect – Dr. Thomas Neill Cream

a.k.a. The Lambeth Poisoner.

Cream was a serial killer, who claimed his first victim in Canada in 1879. He murdered several more people in the United States, and the rest in England, and possibly others in Scotland. Cream poisoned his victims and was executed after his attempts to frame others for his crimes brought him to the attention of London police.

It is alleged that his last words as he was being hanged were a confession that he was Jack the Ripper — even though he was in jail at the time of the Ripper murders.

Some Ripperologists theorize that Dr. Cream had a double who used the same name, was also a murderer, and that they gave each other alibis to escape conviction.

Conclusion: Dr. Thomas Neill Cream was not Jack the Ripper.
