Jack the Ripper Suspect – Alexander Pedachenko
a.k.a. Count Luiskovo.
Pedachenko was first named as Jack the Ripper by William Le Queux in 1923 in his memoirs called, Things I Know about Kings, Celebrities and Crooks, then later by Donald McCormick, in Identity of Jack the Ripper.
Said to have been a mad Russian doctor, sent by the Secret Police of Imperial Russia, to discredit Scotland Yard, by murdering a bunch of women.
There is no evidence that Pedachenko really existed, and he is thought to have been made up by a man who was known for inventing sensational stories.
Conclusion: Dr. Alexander Pedachenko a.k.a. Count Luiskovo was not Jack the Ripper.
