Born in Poland, listed as Russian, aged 28, in 1891 he was living at 64 Booth Street Buildings, Spitalfields, with his wife Yetta, aged 29, daughter Deborah, aged 5, born in New York, USA, son Lewis, aged 2, born in Spitalfields, London and daughter Fanny, aged 1, also born in Spitalfields, London.

Conclusion: This Joseph Barnett was probably not Jack the Ripper.
